Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup mango salsa
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground turkey, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, 1/4 cup red bell pepper, 1/4 cup red onion, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the turkey burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Place a large lettuce leaf on each plate. Top with a turkey burger patty, sliced avocado, and a spoonful of mango salsa.
