  • Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips over the top.
  • Let the chocolate chips melt for a few minutes, then spread them evenly over the bars with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or almonds over the melted chocolate.
  • In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
