Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix 4 packages of cream cheese, 1 1/4 cups of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in sour cream and heavy cream. Remove 1 cup of the batter and set aside.
  • Mix cocoa powder and melted chocolate into the remaining batter. Spoon the chocolate batter over the crust. Spoon the reserved batter in small dollops over the chocolate batter. Draw a knife through the dollops to create a tiger stripe pattern.
  • Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
