- 1 pound spicy sausage, sliced

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of sliced spicy sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
