Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture, and stir until well combined.

- Scoop the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, then flatten each ball with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
