Ingredients
- 1 package of Oreo cookies (36 cookies)
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pound of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
Instructions
- Crush 20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a resealable plastic bag and a rolling pin. Reserve 1/2 cup of the crumbs for later use.
- In a medium bowl, mix the remaining Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the first layer of the cake.
