  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin. Reserve 1/2 cup of the crushed cookies for topping.
  • In a large bowl, mix the remaining crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until stiff peaks form to make the filling.
  • Spread half of the filling over the Oreo crust. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the filling.
  • Repeat with another layer of crushed Oreo cookies, the remaining filling, and the remaining sliced strawberries.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  • Before serving, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled cake.
  • Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreo cookies on top of the chocolate drizzle.
