  • 1 quart strawberry ice cream, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust.

  • Once the bars are frozen, cut them into 12 even bars.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars.
