  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form a crust. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
  • In a large bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the softened strawberry ice cream over the chilled crust in an even layer.
  • Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry ice cream layer.
