Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
- 8 oz sashimi-grade tuna, diced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a small bowl, mix the diced tuna with mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
- Place a sheet of nori on a clean, dry surface. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- Spread a spoonful of the spicy tuna mixture across the center of the rice, then add a few slices of avocado on top.
- Roll the nori into a cone shape, starting from the bottom and rolling towards the top to form a hand roll.
- Dip your finger in water and moisten the top edge of the nori to seal the hand roll.
- Repeat with the remaining nori, rice, tuna, and avocado.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and wasabi paste to make a dipping sauce.
- Sprinkle the hand rolls with sesame seeds and serve with the dipping sauce. Enjoy!
