Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Finely chop the reserved mushroom stems.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, lump crabmeat, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  • Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet, cavity side up.
