  • While the potatoes are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the spicy sausage links. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter over low heat until the butter is melted. Pour the mixture over the cooked potatoes.
  • Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix in the chopped parsley.
  • Serve the mashed potatoes alongside the cooked spicy sausage links. Enjoy!
