Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup of sugar, and 6 tablespoons of melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  • In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
  • Place 1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Let it sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth and creamy. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Pour the chocolate ganache into the cooled graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  • Top the pie with 2 cups of mini marshmallows, covering the entire surface.
