  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add the chicken broth, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  • Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and heavy cream until smooth. Stir the mixture into the slow cooker.
  • Add the frozen peas to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  • Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces and place on top of the chicken mixture in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is cooked through and the mixture is thickened.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
