  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger, and 2 cloves minced garlic.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in a shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the salmon, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
