  • In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Crumble the bacon and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or over easy). Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the toasted English muffins on the prepared baking sheet. Top each half with a cooked egg, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
