Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
