Rose-infused iced tea has a rich history dating back to ancient Persia, where rose water was commonly used in culinary and medicinal applications. The delicate floral flavor of rose petals was later incorporated into iced tea, creating a refreshing and aromatic beverage. Renowned chefs and mixologists have embraced this elegant concoction, infusing black or green tea with rose petals and serving it over ice. This delightful beverage has gained popularity in upscale restaurants and tea houses, particularly in the Middle East and Mediterranean regions. For the best version of this drink, seek out establishments known for their expertise in herbal infusions and artisanal teas. The key to a perfect rose-infused iced tea lies in using high-quality rose petals and allowing the flavors to meld harmoniously.
