Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 3-4 drops of orange flower water
- Club soda
- Ice
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice, and 1 oz of simple syrup.
- Add 1 egg white, 2 oz of heavy cream, and 3-4 drops of orange flower water to the shaker.

- Strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass without ice.
