Ingredients
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- Gel food coloring in rainbow colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the sour cream and heavy cream. Mix until everything is well combined.
