- 2 cups of pulled pork
- 8 slices of bread
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each slice of bread in the skillet.
- Divide the pulled pork evenly among the 4 slices of bread in the skillet.
- Drizzle barbecue sauce over the pulled pork on each slice of bread.
- Top each sandwich with another slice of cheddar cheese and a slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Slice the sandwiches in half and enjoy!
