Pulled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker, making sure the chicken is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the chicken is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
- Once the chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred the meat in the slow cooker, mixing it with the sauce.
- Toast the hamburger buns in a toaster or on a grill.
- Spoon the pulled chicken onto the bottom half of each bun, and cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
