- 1 cup corn kernels

- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed pork shoulder with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the pork evenly with the spices.
