Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Cut the pineapple into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of honey, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • Brush the honey mixture onto both sides of the pineapple slices.
