Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 gluten-free hamburger buns
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cup pimento cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the patties with olive oil and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to make the sauce.
- Toast the gluten-free hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster oven.
- Spread a generous amount of pimento cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a cooked patty on top of the pimento cheese, then add 2 slices of bacon on each patty.
- Spread the prepared sauce on the top half of each bun and place it on top of the bacon.
