Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the patties with olive oil and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to make the sauce.
