Ingredients
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 32 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat 32 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add 4 eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in 1 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of flour until just combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
