Instructions
- Using a mortar and pestle, crush the whole peppercorns until coarsely ground. Press the crushed peppercorns onto both sides of each beef tenderloin steak.

- Pour in the beef broth and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the broth to reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
