Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of the melted butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the mixture.
  • In another small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x8 inch rectangle. Brush the remaining 1/4 cup of melted butter over the dough. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Starting from the long side, roll up the dough jelly-roll style. Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces. Place each piece into the prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then invert the buns onto a serving platter. Serve warm and enjoy!
