Instructions

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; lumps are okay.
  • In another bowl, combine the chopped peach slices, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
