Ingredients
- 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, toss 2 pounds of halved baby potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and salt and pepper to taste until evenly coated.
