Created by: Howcan Team
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chopped dill, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to make the dill sauce. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the lemon zest and chopped parsley to make the lemon-butter sauce.
- To serve, spoon the dill sauce over the pan-seared salmon fillets and drizzle with the lemon-butter sauce. Enjoy immediately.
