The history of Pan-Seared Halibut with Citrus Glaze and mango salsa can be traced back to the coastal regions of the Pacific Northwest, where halibut is abundant. Renowned chefs in Seattle and Vancouver popularized this dish, infusing it with the flavors of the region. The succulent halibut is expertly seared to perfection, then drizzled with a tangy citrus glaze that enhances its delicate flavor. The addition of vibrant mango salsa adds a tropical twist, balancing the dish with a refreshing sweetness. Today, this exquisite dish can be savored in top seafood restaurants along the West Coast, where the freshness of the halibut and the quality of the citrus glaze are paramount. For a perfect rendition, sourcing the freshest halibut and ripest mangoes is crucial.
