Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
- In one shallow dish, place 1 cup of all-purpose flour. In another shallow dish, beat 2 eggs. In a third shallow dish, combine 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Then coat the chicken in the panko parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs to the chicken.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops of the chicken tenders with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
