- 1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup of brown sugar

- 2 eggs

- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

- 3 cups of old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup of raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of white sugar until smooth.
- Beat in 2 eggs one at a time, then stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Combine 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
- Mix in 3 cups of oats and 1 cup of raisins until evenly distributed.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
