Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup of Nutella
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup of chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.
- Spread the Nutella evenly over the puff pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Starting from one end, roll the puff pastry tightly into a log.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 8 equal pieces.
- Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut side up.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle the powdered sugar and chopped hazelnuts over the warm Nutella puff pastry rolls.
- Serve and enjoy!
