  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.
  • Spread the Nutella evenly over the puff pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Starting from one end, roll the puff pastry tightly into a log.
  • Cut the log into 8 equal pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut side up.
  • Brush the tops of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
