  • Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the firm strawberry ice cream layer and place it back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • After the vanilla ice cream is firm, take the chocolate ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the softened chocolate ice cream evenly over the firm vanilla ice cream layer and place it back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Once the Neapolitan ice cream is firm, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
