Created by: Howcan Team
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped Milky Way candy bars (about 8 fun-size bars)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat 3 packages of softened cream cheese and 1 cup granulated sugar until smooth. Add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup flour, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well combined. Fold in 2 cups chopped Milky Way candy bars.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cheesecake. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
