Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup flour, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well combined. Fold in 2 cups chopped Milky Way candy bars.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
