Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, and 1/2 tsp paprika.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
