Ingredients
- 2 pounds of yellow squash, chopped
- 1 pound of potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the chopped yellow squash and potatoes. Cook for about 15 minutes or until they are tender.

- Add the butter, milk, salt, and black pepper to the pot with the squash and potatoes.
- Mash the mixture with a potato masher until smooth and creamy.
