Instructions

  • Fill a large pot with water, add the apple cider vinegar and salt, and bring to a boil.
  • Place a steaming rack in the pot and add the potatoes. Cover and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Add the corn to the pot, cover, and steam for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Carefully add the live crabs to the pot, sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, cover, and steam for 15-20 minutes until the crabs turn bright red.
  • Using tongs, carefully transfer the steamed crabs, corn, and potatoes to a large serving platter.
  • Serve with melted butter, extra Old Bay seasoning, and plenty of napkins.
