Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 1 maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with 1 1/2 oz of white rum, 1/2 oz of orange liqueur, 1/2 oz of lime juice, and 1/2 oz of orgeat syrup.
- Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the shaker.
- Shake the ingredients well until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Float 1/2 oz of dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint, a slice of pineapple, and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve and enjoy!
