Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Season both sides of the 4 chicken breasts with the lemon pepper mixture.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  • Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in 1/4 cup of chicken broth and the juice of 1 lemon, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and the chicken to absorb the flavors.
  • Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley before serving.
  • Serve the lemon pepper chicken hot with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
