Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon chopped dill, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
