  • Sprinkle the minced garlic over the asparagus, then drizzle with the juice of 1 lemon and sprinkle with the lemon zest.
  • Season with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, then toss to coat the asparagus evenly with the seasonings.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender-crisp.
