  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, soy sauce, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  • Cut the pressed tofu into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the tofu, making sure each slice is coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes, flipping the tofu halfway through.
  • Lightly oil the grill grates. Place the marinated tofu slices on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the tofu is heated through.
