- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
