Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside on a serving plate.
- To the same skillet, add 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes to thicken the sauce slightly.
- Pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over the cooked salmon fillets.
- Serve the lemon garlic butter salmon immediately, and enjoy!
