Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat.
  • Add 4 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
