- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
