Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons of honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
